American Stair Corporation warrants all of its standard products, as shipped from any American Stair factory, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the building. In the event of such defects, American Stair will, at its option, repair or replace the item proven to be defective, or refund the purchase price of the item. American Stair Corporation does not assume any other liability, direct or indirect, nor any consequential damages.
This warranty specifically excludes any work done by others and not under the direct supervision of the American Stair Corporation. It also specifically excludes any damage caused by on-site abuse or accident in transit.
This warranty is offered in lieu of all others, implied or expressed and may not be modified except in writing by a Corporate Officer of American Stair Corporation, Inc.
